About halfway up the Massachusets coastline, in the center of the Nantucket Sound, lies New Salem — a sizeable offshore island connected to the mainland by a bridge. New Salem is a nature lover's dream with miles of scenic rocky coastline, towering mountains, teeming woodlands, and all the scenic trimmings of a National Park.
